Jackal berry Farm &
Lodge is located in the sub-tropical region of Hazyview. With its
all year round holiday climate of hot summers and warm winters, it
is ideal base from which to explore all that the region has to
offer.
The accommodation
consists of 2 varieties of accommodation:-
AFRICAN
RONDAVEL STYLE BUNGALOW – Sleeping 2
Queen size bed,
bathroom with shower and toilet, sitting area, cocktail bar, tea &
coffee making facility, air-conditioning, veranda, carport and braai
facility.
COTTAGE –
Sleeping 4 people
A two bedroom unit,
each with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower and toilet, fully
equipped kitchen, living and dining room with air-conditioning,
veranda with braai facility.
Kruger
National Park
This
is one of the most famous national parks in the world and the oldest one in
Africa. It is 350km long from north to south, at most 60km in width and covers a
surface area of 1 948528 hectares. The
park's genuine African atmosphere has an enchantment that entices the visitor to
return. Those who wish to experience it have to relax, look and listen. Once one
has learnt to appreciate every aspect of bush life, there is no end to the
surprises it holds and it becomes possible to enjoy the park to its fullest
extent. One
of the main objectives of the park management is to maintain the ecosystem in
its natural state for the enjoyment and enrichment of the visitor.
